Girls: Napavine 38, Lind-Ritzville 30
Highlights: It was too little too late for Lind-Ritzville.
Led by Emmy Bouwman and Devon Killian with 10 points each, the comeback in the fourth quarter fell just short after a rebound resulted in a jump ball favoring Napavine with less than a minute to go.
Down 21-8 at halftime after Napavine closed the second quarter with a 12-0 scoring run, the Broncos closed the gap to six points with just more than 30 seconds remaining in the game. Lacey Morris hit the front end of a 1 and 1 to put the Tigers up by eight and the rebound of the second free throw was held by two players and the Broncos decided not to foul.
Napavine's Ali Brossard led all scorers and rebounders with 13 points and 9 boards.
Turnovers killed the Broncos as Napavine forced Lind-Ritzville to commit 34. The Tigers had 16 team steals with four players each recording three.
