Girls: Seattle Lutheran 55, North Beach 47 (OT)
Highlights: Seattle Lutheran was able to turn over North Beach 23 times and it translated to a 55-47 victory.
Elyssa Watford had a layup for the Seattle Lutheran Saints just before the buzzer to send the game into overtime.
After Stephanie Antioquia hit one free throw with 26.1 seconds remaining to cut the Hyaks lead to 44-43, Cheresse Weidman was able to convert on only one of four foul shots leading to Watford's basket.
In the extra period, Watford continued her scoring streak as she put in the Saints' first four points and Seattle Lutheran never looked back.
Elizabeth Thatcher led all scorers with 18 points in the losing effort. Antioquia had 17 points to lead the Saints, she also had four steals and four assists. Thatcher led all rebounders with 18 boards. Weidman had six assists for the Hyaks.
Turnovers were the difference in the game as Seattle Lutheran committed only eight, while the 23 by North Beach resulted in 24 points for the Saints.
Seattle Lutheran, who trailed by as many as 11, outscored the Hyaks 39-22in the second half and overtime.
