Stephanie Shaw had seven of Orcas Island's nine points in the first quarter on her way to a game high 14 in the game, she also had six steals.
Tiana Woltering had 11 rebounds, including eight offensive boards, in the losing effort to lead everyone. Woltering and Shealyn Weagraff led Gar-Pal with eight points apiece.
The rim wasn't friendly to Gar-Pal tonight, as they managed only a 17 percent shooting percentage.
Gar-Pal was able to close the gap to three points to start the final quarter, but turnovers hurt them to a tune of minus-9 in that column, resulting in 11 Orcas Island points.
