Boys: North Beach 66, Seattle Lutheran 51

Highlights: Jamaal Lind scored 26 points and hit four 3-pointers to lead North Beach past Seattle Lutheran, 66-51, on Thursday in the boys consolation bracket at State 2B.
The Hyaks used an 18-2 run in the first half to build a lead it would never relinquish, though the Saints stayed within a few possessions most of the way.
Junior Conner Mullan and senior Ryan Morgan combined for 32 points on 13-of-24 shooting for the Saints, who pulled within five points three times in the second half.
But 17 Seattle Lutheran turnovers led to 25 points for North Beach (19-8), which only gave away the ball seven times.
The Hyaks also got 16 points from junior Russell Alfaro and 12 more from senior center Jake Ray. The senior Lind, who hit 8 of 16 shots, grabbed a game-high 12 rebounds and earned three steals.
North Beach will face either Lind-Ritzville (17-12) on Friday in the consolation bracket.
Seattle Lutheran (16-12) was eliminated.
