Tacoma Baptist, led by senior Erica Tuell's 3-point shooting (4 for 7), fought back to within four in the fourth quarter, but it wasn't enough for the Crusaders.
Shoreline Christian got an array of offensive scoring from all of its starters, including four who had nine or more points.
Tacoma Baptist, making its second state appearance and first since 1994, will take home a trophy for the first time, an eighth-place finish.

Mossyrock 60, White Pass 46The Vikings got the win that mattered most. After losing to the Panthers twice during the regular season, they beat their league rivals 60-46 in the third-place game.
The Vikings came out of the gates with a 22-9 first-quarter lead.
The Panthers did their best to fight back, taking a short one-point lead in the third quarter. In the end, though, it was the Vikings, who won last year's championship, who played with the most composure down the stretch.
A big key to the Vikings' win was the defense they used against Panthers senior star Breanna Moody. Vikings head coach Fred Hendricks set up a box-and-one around Moody that shut her down all night. Moody, who was averaging 24 points in the state tournament coming in, finished the game with three.
The Vikings were led in the first half by junior Elena Belcher, who scored 14 of her 20 points in the first quarter, and by senior Sarah Petrino in the second half, scoring 10 of her 20 in the fourth quarter.
The Vikings hit 14 of 15 free throws in the fourth quarter.
