Girls: La Salle 57, King's West 25
Highlights: The Lightning’s Jasmine Stohr made sure her presence was felt early and often in LaSalle's quarterfinal game against the Warriors Thursday at the Arena.
Stohr scored 10 of her team-high 15 points in the first five minutes of the game and played aggressive defense in LaSalle’s 57-25 rout of King's West.
The Lightning dominated in the second quarter, outscoring the Warriors 24-5 to take a 38-11 halftime lead.
King's West committed 30 turnovers and had problems bringing the ball up court against LaSalle’s full-court press.
Megan Spence had a game-high 18 points and 16 rebounds to lead the Warriors.
