Northwest Christian was established in 1949 in Spokane. The middle school and high school are located on 116 wooded acres north of Spokane in Colbert. The school’s core values run the gamut from “Honoring God in all endeavors,” to “Operating with financial integrity.”
In the spirit of honoring God,, the school mascot is the Crusader: "Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God..." (Ephesians 6:10-11)
And in the spirit of financial integrity, the school has a thrift store on North maple in Spokane, where you can buy new and used furniture, quality clothing, hardware, housewares, collectibles, toys and sports equipment.
