Morton 54, Clallam Bay 16

Highlights: Senior Miranda Morrison had 14 points and four assists to lead the Huskies in the consolation win over Clallam Bay.
Vanessa Ramsey and Frances Morrison each scored 10 points, the latter grabbing 10 rebounds. Senior guard Ashley Layman also excelled with nine points, eight assists, five rebounds and four steals.
Kathleen Wilson and Alice Yancey were the only players to score for Clallam Bay. The two seniors also combined for 13 rebounds, Yancey pulling down a team-high seven.

Clallam Bay, which went scoreless the last 11:31 of the game, set three new tourney records. The Bruins had the single-game lowest losing score (previous mark 18 by Naselle vs. Ritzville, 2004; least points scored (36) and lowest average (18.0)for the tournament (previous marks 53 and 29.3 by Mossyrock/St. John, 1997/1981); and tied the single-game record for least one points quarter (latest Wilbur-Creston vs. Tekoa-Oakesdale, 2001, six others tied).
The Bruins shot 6 for 38 (15.8 percent) from the field, going just 2 for 18 (11.1 percent) in the second half. They made one of five free throws, and were 3 for 18 (16.7 percent) on three-pointers.
