Lummi 53, Tekoa-Oakesdale 45

Highlights: The Blackhawks broke open a tie game with a 13-1 run in the fourth quarter to win their state tourney debut.
Senior Loren Cultee was the lone Lummi double-figure scorer with 13 points, but five other players scored at least five points. Lummi also shot a sizzling 70.6 percent (12-17) in the second half, and was 20-38 overall (52.6 percent).
Freshman Kelly Cook led the Nighthawks with 18 points. Austin Cook, a senior, had 13 points, eight rebounds and three assists. Tekoa-Oakesdale hit just 15-53 field goal attempts (28.3 percent).
