Highlights: Nick Ashley nailed a clutch 3-pointer to force overtime then the Broncos hit 11 of 16 free throws in OT for their thrilling first-round win over Riverside Christian Wednesday.
Ashley totaled 16 points, his career high, the junior forward adding five rebounds. Senior Jake Kragt posted a double-double with 22 points and 10 boards for the Broncos (25-2).
Garrett Neiffer had a double-double as well for the Crusaders (22-4), the senior forward collecting a game-high 23 points and 10 rebounds. Junior Trevor Pynch got 15 points, six boards, six assists and two steals.
