We already discussed this subject in depth last month. Let's find something interesting to talk about rather than dwell on the NEEDED cuts.

Its amazing that a city the size of Spokane can be basically speaking be taken hostage by the transportation authority that a few yrs back had an enormous surplus of funds.. maybe the correct term would be extortion, a cut like this is going to cut their own throats.
