Birds of immediate concern: Those with small populations that have shown steep declines over all or part of their ranges, or face rapid habitat loss:

•Spotted owl

•Black swift

•White-headed woodpecker

•Olive-sided flycatcher

•Ferruginous hawk

•Oregon Vesper sparrow

Birds of high concern: Those that remain fairly common but have seen population declines and habitat losses:

•Western grebe
