RUSTAD, Darius G. (Age 60) Darius G. Rustad, 60, died October 30, at Memorial Hospital in Yakima from complications of long-term diabetes. He was born to Ewald and Alice Rustad October 2, 1949 in Williston, ND. He was schooled in New England ND but graduated from high school in Wallace, ID. He was a graduate of Kinman Business College. Darius and Rachelle Fausett were married June 9, 1973. Darius was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 1967 and he and Rachelle engaged in full time Christian ministry for many years. They lived in Spokane, WA, Leadville, CO and Osburn, ID before moving to Yakima. He was self employed most of his life but was working for Spokane Community College when his health forced him into disability. He is survived by his wife, Rachelle their children, Heidi Cruz, Becky Vargas and Andrew Rustad, grandsons Caleb, Levi, Jimmy and Benji, sisters, Barbara Wilson and Judy Duncan, brothers, Stacey and Randell Rustad. His parents and one brother, Webb, preceded him in death. A memorial will be held Saturday, November 7, 2 pm at the Nob Hill Kingdom Hall, 2506 Mead Ave., Yakima, WA.
