RS-FRESHMAN (2000-01): Games - 2…Started - 1…played in WSU’s final two games, hitting one of two field goal attempts against Washington, a 33-yarder…made all three extra point kicks at USC in WSU’s win. RS-SOPHOMORE (2001-02): V-letter…Games - 12…Starts – 12. One of 20 semi-finalists for the Lou Groza Award. All-Pac-10 first team pick and All-Pac-10 Academic second team…CoSIDA/Verizon All-District VIII academic first team…named to The Sporting News All-Pac-10 team. Earned Special Team Player of the Game honors against Purdue in the Sun Bowl, hitting all four field goals (a long of 47) and scoring 15 points. Scored 15 points against California with three field goals and six extra points…had 12 points against Idaho and Oregon State and 10 points against Stanford. Longest field goal 49 yards at Arizona. Was a perfect 16-16 on field goals inside 40 yards…did not have a field goal attempt in the final two games of the regular season and also had no attempts at Boise State. RANKING: Nationally tied for 26th in field goals, 1.27 per game, and 34th in scoring, 7.82 points…in the Pac-10 tied for second in field goals and second overall in scoring, but the top scoring kicker in the conference. RECORDS: Set a WSU scoring record for kickers with 101 points, topping Jason Hanson’s previous record of 99 points in 1989…finished second on WSU’s one-season scoring list, trailing only Steve Broussard’s 104 points in 1989. RS-JUNIOR (2002-2003): Tabbed the No. 5 kicker in the country preseason by The Sporting News.
