Position: BUILDING MAINTENANCE

River Park Square is currently recruiting for a full-time, entry-level Building Maintenance position. Shifts will be Saturday- Wednesday, 10am - 6pm. This entry level position will perform general maintenance for the property by painting, performing light repairs to masonry, drywall, woodwork, plumbing, and basic electrical repairs. Also responsible for ground maintenance such as pressure washing sidewalks, snow removal and set-up for Marketing’s events. Requirements include the ability to lift 50 pounds. The pay is $12/hour plus benefits and a matching 401K. If you are a person who loves to troubleshoot, repair mechanical problems, manufacture and rebuild parts then we may have the perfect position for you! The Spokesman-Review is currently recruiting for a full-time Machinist/Millwright to work in our production department. What we want you to do… • Learn the functions of, troubleshoot and repair production equipment. • Make and install parts for all production equipment. • Be self motivated and work independently. • Work Tuesday through Saturday, 7pm – 3:30am (days & times may change according to production needs). Who you are… • Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 4 years experience working as a maintenance machinist in a production environment. • Have a working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and repair manuals. • Ability to setup and operate manual machine shop equipment to close tolerances (Lathes, Mills, ECT). • Understanding of disassembling, repair and/or machine/manufacture parts, and reassemble plant equipment. • Have welding skills to include Arc, MIG/TIG and gas. • Preference will be given to Journey level machinists/millwrights with AA degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school. Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST:

The Spokesman-Review has an immediate opening for a part-time Customer Service Specialist (19.5 Hours per week) in our Circulation Support Department. Must be flexible to work between the hours of 7:00 am - 12:00pm every other Saturday and Sunday, and be flexible to work between the hours of 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Monday -Friday. If you have customer service experience, have accurate and fast typing skills, have computer experience, and are detail oriented, this may be the perfect position for you. Primary duties include providing customer service to our subscribers, newspaper carriers, courtesy drivers and District Managers. Qualified individuals will input carrier route information regarding stops, starts, and changes into the computer system. Other duties include using a radio and cell phone to dispatch newspapers and shortages to courtesy drivers and working with District Managers, carriers, and delivery assistants to handle carrier delivery issues. Must have prior customer service experience. Candidates must type 45-55 WPM (tested), have listening/phone etiquette skills (tested), and have excellent spelling skills. Starting wage of $11.00 per hour plus a matching 401k after 90 days of employment! Pre-employment drug screens are required on all applicants who are selected for hire.
