Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST/ BACKUP DISPATCHER	Position open until filled
Department: Customer Service Office: We have an immediate opening for a part time Customer Service Specialist/ Backup Dispatcher in our Consumer Marketing Department. Must be flexible to work between the hours of 3am-11:30am (Monday-Friday) and be flexible to work between the hours of 3am-12pm (Saturday-Sunday.) If you understand customer service, are an accurate and fast typist, have computer experience and are detail oriented, this may be the perfect position for you. Responsible for providing customer service to our classified advertising customers, subscribers, newspaper carriers, drivers and District Managers, resolving customer and delivery complaints, and maintaining customer information on a computer. Must have prior customer service experience, must type 45-55 WPM (tested), listening/phone etiquette (tested) and have excellent spelling skills (also tested.) Starting wage is $11.00 per hour. Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – SINGLE COPY DEPARTMENT	Position open until filled
Department: Circulation Office: The Spokesman-Review is current recruiting for a full-time Single Copy Service Representative. This position exists to represent the company at retail outlets that sell the newspaper and other products distributed by the company. Duties include delivery of weekly bills for collection, working with retailers for positioning of product for sale, preparing & reconciling bills and making cash deposits. Position will also ensure single copy deliveries in emergency situations. This position requires a high level of customer service skills and entry level computer proficiency. Regular days and hours are Sunday through Thursday; 6am to 2:30 pm and pay rate is $12.00 per hour. Valid driver’s license and good driving record are required and will be verified.
