Asked and answered: solving the gutter mystery

Last week, in the syndicated Ask the Builder column, columnist Tim Carter raved about a gutter guard product that really works well to keep gutters clean and clear. Unfortunately, Carter didn't name the product.

Well, Home readers wanted to know more. We received a number of phone calls and e-mails requesting more information.

So here's the rest of the story:

The Gutterglove gutter guard, a fine stainless steel mesh which slips under roof shingles and fits over the lip of the gutter, is manufactured in California. The Web site doesn't list a Spokane dealer.
