- Was born in Black Diamond, WA on May 12, 1925; passed away December 14, 2007 in Spokane. He is survived by his children: Barry (Linda) Boyd, Vickie Willis, Peg Belcher, Doug Millar, Larry (Lynn) Boyd, David (Becky) Millar, Jeff Boyd, Gary (Sue) Millar, Becky (Leroy) Deubler, and Corrine (Bob) Sims; sister Carol Rossiter; brother Vic Millar; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife of 41 years, Margie. He was in the Army during WWII. He worked for Pacific NW Bell for 34 years, starting as a lineman and then did installation and repair for the last 25 years. He was well-known for his hearty laugh and joyful life. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 18, 2007 from 10 am until 5 pm. The funeral will be at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 19, 2007, at 2 pm.
