"New" Oldies
Radio station Z-107 (107.1) has changed format. Last week they switched from "Retro Top 40" to what Program Director Toby Howell calls more of a true "oldies" format. Their playlist now includes songs from 1960 to the mid 70's. Previously their music taste stretched from the early 1970's to the mid 1980's.

I wonder if the program directors in the Spokane radio market have a big "Price is Right" type wheel that they spin from week to week to decide what format their station will play?
